Delivering high quality dental care since 1967
We care about your oral health
IMPORTANT: COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS
3rd June 2020
Following the announcement by the government on 28th May, we are pleased to be able to reopen the practice for face-to-face appointments from Monday 8th June.
We have had to cancel numerous appointments since the lockdown started and we will be initially prioritising appointments for our existing patients who have had dental emergencies, in order of urgency.
In order to help protect our staff and fellow patients, please do not attend the practice unless you have an appointment.
Whilst we have been closed, we have spent the time changing our systems, processes and upgrading our Personal Protective Equipment to make the practice safer for our staff and patients.
Although we have always employed strict hygiene and infection control procedures, we have added hand sanitising solution for patients at the point of entry and redesigned the patient journey to comply with social distancing measures.
We will be conducting pre-appointment screening measures, which will include taking your temperature on arrival and a short medical history questionnaire before your appointment. Appointments will be booked to ensure that suitable spaces are maintained between patients, to enable social distance and enhanced hygiene measures.
To further avoid crowding, we ask that you remain in your car or in a safe place outside of the practice until called in. We will notify you by telephone when you should enter the practice. You will need to fill in relevant paperwork from your computer or mobile device at home and pay for your treatment over the telephone; this will ensure that there is no need to touch any pen, paper or device other than your own during your visit and will help to avoid social contact with the reception team.
If you are unable to access a computer, or do not have a mobile phone, please contact us ahead of your appointment so we can make alternative arrangements.
Our reception team have undertaken additional training to help manage this new way of working and we would like to reassure our loyal patients that we will do everything we can to provide you with the service you need.
We thank you for your continued patience at this time and look forward to seeing you again very soon.
