We operate an
appointment-only booking
system and we are able to
take appointment requests
by telephone or by email.

If you advise us of your email address and/or mobile telephone number, we will attempt to confirm the appointment with you 48-72 hours beforehand by email or SMS.

In order to maintain the smooth running of our clinics and minimise patient waiting times, please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before your allotted time. We
will try our best to accommodate you if you are running late but we may ask you to rebook your appointment if doing so would greatly inconvenience other patients.

On Friday afternoon, we operate an emergency telephone service until 6.30pm. Please telephone the surgery for details of the dentist on-call.

Our popular evening sessions are available with some of our dentists until 7pm. As these sessions book up quickly in advance, please check with reception staff for availability.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment for any reason, so that we are able to offer your allotted time to another patient. In accordance with NHS regulations, we will not make a charge to your account if you fail to attend your appointment, or fail to give us 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, repeated episodes can jeapordise our ability to see you in the future.
