Experience you can trust
You’ll be in good hands with our highly skilled dental team. Our practice pride ourselves on providing our clients with the highest quality of care. We’ve successfully performed hundreds of teeth whitening procedures, helping our patients to achieve pristine and pearly white teeth.
Our teeth whitening treatments
We offer a gentle, non-permanent way to whiten your teeth. It works by using a bleaching agent to slowly lighten any dark tones.
At home
If you prefer the convenience of whitening your teeth at home, our advanced gels and custom-made trays will help you to achieve a smile to be proud of. The medical-grade teeth whitening gel is placed in the tray and this is then worn overnight. Our standard kit gives you up to 6 weeks of gel. Your teeth will progressively whiten until you have radiant and beautiful teeth. This procedure is a gentle treatment that will cause minimal harm to your teeth. You are able to keep your custom tray should you want to repeat the procedure in the future.
In clinic & at home
Visit our clinic and our teeth whitening experts can whiten your teeth for you. By coming into our clinic, the procedure is properly monitored to ensure the safe use of the bleaching gel. The in-clinic option speeds up the process. During this 2-hour appointment, we will have covered 80% of the full course of treatment. You will then be supplemented by 2 weeks of at-home use using custom-fitted trays to finish off the treatment.
Our teeth whitening is often used before major treatment so you can ensure your teeth are all white before we make fixed-colour crowns, veneers or fillings.

The teeth whitening procedure
Consultation
Your dentist will assess the condition of your teeth and determine if you’re a suitable candidate for teeth whitening.
Teeth whitening
If you choose to have the in-clinic procedure, the dentist will apply a protective gel or a rubber shield to protect the gums. Bleach is applied to the teeth and peroxide-containing whiteners bleach the enamel of the tooth. If you choose at-home teeth whitening, the dentist will talk you through how to carry the procedure out yourself. They will provide you with a custom-made tray.
Aftercare
We advise you to not drink staining beverages such as tea, coffee, red wine or dark fizzy drinks for 3 days after the procedure. Similarly, you’ll need to avoid dark foods like blackberries, cherries and raspberries.
Regular check-ups
You need to ensure you still see your dentist for regular checkups at least twice a year to maintain good oral health.
